LATAM SAVE THE WORLD

The Rainforest Coin (RFCoin)

LatAm Save the World (LSW) is MilCoin Network’s Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) whose sole mission is to balance mankind’s footprint on the world by innovating practices for developing zero waste communities and implementing programs for protecting the world’s biodiversity on which we all rely so heavily.

This NGO seeks to generate ecological awareness with actions that produce significant changes on the planet. LSW involves society as a change agent, working with economic models such as the RainForest Coin (RFCoin) cryptocurrency and all the environmental rescue programs of both flora and fauna, dedicated to the millions of species that inhabit the planet; without leaving aside schemes, such as Bonds or Carbon Credits (one of the three mechanisms proposed in the Kyoto Protocol for the reduction of emissions, which cause the global warming or greenhouse gases), as a clean development mechanism (CDM).

AN AGENT FOR CHANGE

Our planet is undergoing a circumstance of social and environmental turmoil, evidenced by the undeniability of global climate change and the extinction of species due to human impact due to actions within our control. Facing this, humans have demonstrated it is possible to take actions that contribute to improve the ecosystem through an appropriate use of natural resources.

LSW seeks to generate ecological awareness as a change agent by transforming the traditional frameworks on which our economy is based, a Green Revolution designed to protect ecosystems through high conservation standards and an earnest economic framework that benefits society as a whole. We strive to encourage growth for civilization, developing sustainable communities and innovative promotional vehicles for protecting the millions of species that inhabit the planet.

LSW faces a crucial responsibility for monitoring and regulating 90% of all land acquired by the MilCoin Network. Following the ICO/FIO, LSW will be uniquely positioned to quarantine large parcels of beach front and rainforest land for preservation and reforestation.

LSW faces a crucial responsibility for monitoring and regulating 90% of all land acquired by the MilCoin Network. Following the ICO/FIO, LSW will be uniquely positioned to quarantine large parcels of beach front and rainforest land for preservation and reforestation. With nearly 20,000,000 hectares to work with, there is a lot of good to be done. Our strategic objectives for implementing the Save The World initiative comprise the following:

Increase the awareness of the benefits and the applicability for all of us within ecosystems and biodiversity.

Reduce direct pressures on biodiversity and promote sustainable practices.

Improve the status of biological diversity by safeguarding ecosystems, species and genetic variability.

Increase the awareness of the benefits and the applicability for all of us within ecosystems and biodiversity.

Create environmental mindfulness through participatory planning, knowledge management and the creation of conservation projects.

EFFECTS OF DEFORESTATION

Agriculture is responsible for most of the destruction of the Amazon, and cattle ranching is still the primary driver for rainforest destruction.

Deforestation for agriculture has led to the decline of indigenous communities, whose indigenous communities show the lowest rates of deforestation.

Animal agriculture is responsible for up to 91% of the Amazon’s destruction, with soy & palm oil not far behind.

Abstaining from beef for one year saves approximately 3400 trees.

Cows produce 150 billion gallons of climate change-producing methane per day.

Conventional agriculture uses pesticides, herbicides, and chemical fertilizers, contaminating soil and water sources.

Raising animals for food uses ? of all freshwater and 45% of the earth’s land.

EFFECTS OF CONTAMINATION

In the Rainforest, mining means detonating explosives on riverbanks and digging deep craters in areas cleared of forest.

After a pit has been created, miners use mercury and other dangerous chemicals to help separate the gold from the silt. Yet much of the mercury remains in the water and returns to river.

Oil extraction has contaminated what were previously some of the most biodiverse areas in the Amazon Basin, having pushed indigenous communities off of their ancestral lands and making thousands of people gravely ill.

Drilling for oil also contributes to increased violence throughout the Amazon Basin. These chemicals continue to poison waterways and leach into the surrounding area.

IMPLEMENTING STANDARDS OF EXCELLENCE

The relationship between LSW and the MilCoin Network family of companies will constitute the highest standards of excellence for green development and ensuring efficient, sustainable production and waste removal chains for all developments.

LSW will function as the laison between MilCoin Network and government agencies through all stages of development and operations of resort developments to ensure compliance with all regulations.

LSW’s plan for achieving consistent goals is to develop a green certification, measured in “Quetzales” (a Mesoamerican symbol of abundance, fertility and life) for operating standards of hotels, resorts, and developments around the world, issuing a score based on an appraisal of the following:

Quetzal for water management

Drilling for oil also contributes to increased violence throughout the Amazon Basin. These chemicals continue to poison waterways and leach into the surrounding area.

Quetzal for land management

Quetzal for preventing air contamination and pollution caused by noise

Quetzal for food management

Quetzal for ecological garbage disposal methods

Quetzal for restoring nature

THE RAIN FOREST COIN SOLUTION

AN ECO-LOGICAL INVESTMENT

We are proud to introduce the Rainforest Coin (RFCoin), an asset-backed cryptocurrency built on the foundation of blockchain technology and is issued to preserve a goal of 20 million hectors of rainforest and the habitats of the endangered species of animals that call it home.

This will prove to be a uniquely valuable asset for token holders through the sale of tax and carbon credits and securing government incentives for dedicating land to habitat preservation and restoration.

Whomever invests in RFCoin is contributing to the conservation, rescue and recovery of endangered species whose environment is threatened. An investment in RFCoin additionally fosters the economic development of marginalized communities, so their inhabitants can have access to the necessary resources to fulfill their basic needs.

Every purchase of an RFCoin will result in the preservation of one square meter of Rainforest, A $100 donation will certify that the donor is the official preserver of a specific 100 square meters of land, a certification that can be continued indefinitely via an annual $100 donation.

RFCoin purchases or donations to Save The World Foundation in the amount of $5.00 or greater will qualify for a chance to become an owner of a plot of land that supports eco-friendly living.

The intangible social impact will have a greatly positive impact on protection, restoration and management of ecosystems by implementing the bases for sustainable economic development in various regions worldwide.
